Terms of Service

By creating an account, sending a request or otherwise using this website you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

uzgrudinti.dev designs and builds websites, mobile apps, Discord bots, Discord servers and related custom software. The exact scope, timeline and price of each project are set out in your request and our confirmation or quote. We may decline a request, for example if it is unclear, unlawful or outside our expertise.

The price you see when you make a request is an estimate. We confirm the final price before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, work starts after the payment (or the agreed advance) has been received.

We give our best estimate of delivery times, but they depend on timely feedback and materials from you. Changes outside the agreed scope may be priced separately, and we will tell you before doing that work.

Our work is custom-made to your specification. Once work has started with your agreement, you may not be able to cancel it or get a full refund, except where mandatory consumer law gives you that right. Cancellation and refund terms for a specific order are the ones we confirm in the quote. If something is wrong with a delivery, tell us as soon as possible and we will put it right. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

• Give us accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Only send us material you have the right to use. Do not send anything unlawful, infringing or harmful.
• Do not try to break, overload or misuse the website or other users' accounts.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

The rights to what we deliver are transferred or licensed to you as agreed for your project, once it has been paid in full. Third-party components (libraries, fonts, platforms) stay under their own licences. Unless you ask us otherwise in writing, we may show finished work in our portfolio. The uzgrudinti.dev website itself, its design and its content belong to us.

Parts of our work run on platforms such as Discord, Stripe and hosting services. They have their own terms and can change or stop working. We are not responsible for their decisions or outages.

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intentional wrongdoing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the website after a change means you accept it. Questions? Write to us through the contact form.
